Revere Windows Costs And Quotes
Explore Revere window costs and prices from past homeowners and consumers who have used their Amherst Plus, Berkshire Elite or Sovereign vinyl windows. Revere Building Products manufactures both vinyl siding and vinyl windows. The company is owned by AMI or Associated Materials, Inc, a larger building supply company. In general, Revere makes pretty mediocre windows, from a not-so-good entry level model to a mid range vinyl window in the Sovereign.
Most of Revere products are sold through builders and contractors, they don't sell much through dealers and distributors like some other window manufacturers. I tend not to recommend Revere for the simple reason that I don't think their products are going to maximize consumer's long term value the way that other top rated vinyl window manufacturers will. Just my two cents.

Revere Berkshire Windows Costs
Revere Berkshire Elite Price Quote
Hi Dan, we're replacing 1 picture window and 17 double hungs. Both companies have great reviews so it's difficult to understand which is the better option.
Revere Berkshire Elite: $15,700
Zen Nirvana: $15000.
Kim - July, 2019
Site Editor's Response
Kim, between these two options, I would definitely put the Nirvana model over the Berkshire Elite.

Revere Berkshire Elite Price Quote
I have two window quotes and I'm trying to figure out how they are so different in price. I have 30 windows to replace. The two windows seem pretty close but the prices are soooo different.

Site Editor's Response
Uri, the Okna 800 is a much better window for sure, even though the performance data is so similar. It's funny because I always tell consumers to look at performance data, and now you are pointing out the limitations of the data. The Berkshire Elite actually gets the AI using a sneaky trick or two. However, it's a decent window, just not the same construction and tolerances as a great window like the Okna 800. I'll say this, the Okna is overpriced in this case, while the Berkshire Elite is offered at a fair price. Assuming the Revere installer is good, I'd be inclined to go with this window.

Berkshire Revelation Elite Quote
My husband and I are replacing 20 custom windows with some pretty fancy shapes and options such as custom frame colors. We have a few bids and was wondering what you thought?
Renewal By Andersen: $44,000
Marvin Infinity: $48,000
Berkshire Revelation Elite: $20,000
Hal - March, 2019
Site Editor's Response
Hal, the Berkshire Revelation Elite is a solid mid range vinyl window. The Marvin Infinity is a higher end fiberglass window and the Renewal By Andersen is a higher end composite window. I personally would go with the Berkshire Revelation Elite option if I trusted the installation company doing the work.

Revere Berkshire Elite Cost Bid
I live in North Carolina need to replace 11 windows. We received a bid for the Revere Berkshire Elite Double Hung for $7700.
Larry - June, 2018
Site Editor's Response
Larry, $7700 for 11 Revere Berkshire Elite windows seems a bit high at first glance. I would get a couple more bids just to compare what else you can find.

Revere Berkshire Elite Bid Price
I have three bids for 10 double hung windows, that measure 76" by 28" and have grids.
Revere Berkshire Elite Series: $4490
Window World 4000: $4000
Champion 365 Series: $7375
Sunrise Restorations Series: $6875
Kim - May, 2018
Site Editor's Response
Kim, of the four bids you have, I like the Sunrise Restorations series bid and the Revere Berkshire Elite Series bid. The price difference is about what I'd expect. If it were me, I'd try to figure out how to stretch into the Sunrise Restorations, it is the much better window of the two. The Berkshire Elite is a decent mid range window with a less sturdy frame than I'd like.

Berkshire Elite Single Hungs
I live in Dallas, Texas and need to replace 15 windows -- here is what I have so far:
NT Executive Windows: $9,880
NT Traditions Windows: $10,837
Berkshire Elite Single Hungs: $7252
Any opinions you care to share would be appreciated.
Bill - February, 2018
Site Editor's Response
Bill, I think I would pass on the Berkshire Elite single hungs as this isn't a window that is going to provide a lot of long term value in my opinion. NT is often regarded as a decent mid range option, but the prices you have aren't fantastic. The Executive is the better window over the Traditions, so if you do go with them, definitely select the Executive series.
I think you need more bids to make a good decision. Milgard makes a vinyl window that is tailored for the climate in Texas. Don Young is a solid manufacturer and check out some of the top series from Simonton, including the Impression 9800 and the Reflections 5500.

Revere Berkshire vs Polaris ThermalWeld
I've been getting window quotes and think I've gotten somme good ones. And very possibly some not so good ones. I am replacing 14 double hung windows, as well as 2 fixed windows, one small and one large.
Revere Berkshire Elite Series - $7100
Gilkey Series - $11,800
Pella 250 Series - $9900
Polaris Thermaweld Series - $8900
Sunrise Series - $12,300
Al - November, 2016
Site Editor's Response
Al, I don't love the Berkshire Elite's frame. I find it less sturdy than I would like, but I do like the price. If you plan to be in the house for 7 years or less, go with this option. Of the remaining, the best value is the Polaris Thermalweld. The best windows are either the Gilkey or Sunrise, and between those two, I'd pick the Sunrise.
Sunrise windows

Revere Berkshire Windows Cost
I have 2 bids on 14 windows and a 6 foot patio sliding door. Each bid is from a local company with very solid reviews. I'm not sure which is the better option for me.
Soft-Lite Imperial LS: $10,150
Berkshire Elite: $9,050
Deb - September, 2016
Site Editor's Response
Deb, the Soft-Lite Imperial LS is the much better window between these. It is definitely worth the extra $1K in price. The Berkshire Elite is not a bad window, but it can't hold a candle to the Soft-Lite Imperial LS
